You are a renaissance man, of sorts, and I'm truly impressed with your accomplishments. What surprises me is that no one has bid on this boat. Any idea why? I am not a sailor but am looking for an entry level boat around this size. I have a wife and three children: 15, 12 and 7. I'm sure that 90% of our sailing will be done here in our own Bay, and not always with five on the boat.
